Description
The Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA), Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS) is seeking a full-service advertising firm to provide advertising and related services for the Wisconsin Lottery. The selected firm will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans that address the needs of Wisconsin's culturally diverse marketplace. The firm should have broad in-house capabilities, including creative and media buying. The State welcomes joint ventures in response to this RFP.
