Air Filter, Filter Media, Screening Material Contract

The Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a supplier to provide a consistent supply chain for commercial and industrial HVAC filters, water filters, filter media, and screening material. The contract includes a base year and two option years. The supplier must demonstrate the ability to perform the work as described in the Statement of Work and provide a technical proposal. The contract will be subject to the Argonne Terms and Conditions. Key requirements include: • Providing a firm fixed price quotation for the materials and services • Excluding shipping insurance from the proposal • Completing the Reps & Certs, ANL-70B, and Appendix C Price Schedule • Reviewing and accepting the ANL-71 COM Terms and Conditions • Providing evidence of pricing by submitting the original vendor quote for any items purchased
