Kennesaw State University is seeking a multidisciplinary professional consulting firm to overhaul its campus Design and Construction Standards and Technical Specifications. The consultant will conduct a comprehensive review of existing standards, engage stakeholders across multiple university departments, benchmark best practices, and develop a modern, web‑based standards platform (SharePoint) with governance, version control, and annual review processes. Deliverables include updated CSI MasterFormat specifications, design guidelines for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, IT, AV, security, and site systems, as well as tools for ongoing maintenance and training. The effort must be completed within six months, with a base consulting fee of $250‑$325 k and additional reimbursable expenses.
• Scope covers 137 buildings (~8.5 M sq ft) across KSU’s Kennesaw and Marietta campuses.

• Mandatory virtual site‑review meeting for finalists on 10/23/26; final fee proposals due 11/11/26.
