Medical Case Management Services

The Arkansas National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide medical case management services to support the Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) program. The contractor will be responsible for providing non-clinical case management services, including tracking medical status, attending PHA events, and maintaining soldier documentation records. The contractor will work closely with the Government to ensure that all services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Some key responsibilities include: • Providing a fully trained and qualified staff to perform case management services • Tracking medical status of assigned soldiers • Attending PHA events as determined by the State • Maintaining accurate soldier documentation records • Coordinating soldier treatment plans with medical facilities • Submitting case processing, medical documentation, and profile concerns to military/contacted providers The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to privacy, security, and information assurance.
