WATER TANK REPLACEMENT-LANDSFORD CANAL

The State of South Carolina is seeking a qualified contractor to replace a 900‑gallon hydro‑pneumatic water tank at Landsford Canal State Park. The contract includes removal of the existing tank, supply and installation of a new ASME‑rated tank with coating, associated air‑compressor, pressure switches, pump controls relocation, electrical and plumbing work, and all labor, materials, and freight. Work must be performed during park operating hours and completed within 30 days of receiving the purchase order, with final acceptance by a State representative. • Replace existing water tank serving residences, maintenance shop, RV site, restrooms, and office building. • Provide new 900‑gal tank, air compressor, pressure switch, saddles, pump control relocation, and all required electrical/plumbing fittings. • Remove old tank, ensure protection of State property, and guarantee workmanship for one year.
