2025.101-ITB Adults in Custody Clothing

The Washington County is seeking bids for the provision of adults in custody clothing. The contract will support the clothing requirements for the Washington County Jail, which has a bed capacity to house 572 adults in custody. The clothing items to be provided include shirts, pants, jumpsuits, T-shirts, boxers, women's underpants, sports bras, socks, low top deck shoes, and X-strap flip flops, sweatshirts, denim work coats, denim work jeans- blue, leather work boots, and additional adults in custody clothing. • The estimated expense for this contract is $350,000. • Bidders must conform to the requirements of the bid documents and all related, applicable laws. • The County does not intend to pre-qualify any bidders for this project. • All bids submitted for this project will be considered provided that they meet the criteria set forth in the bid documents with respect to submission in a timely manner, bonding, and all other applicable requirements.
