Liquid and Compressed Gas Fulfillment

The US Naval Research Laboratory is seeking a contractor to provide liquid and compressed gas fulfillment services, including on-demand cylinder management and exchange, emergency deliveries, maintenance of government-owned cylinders, and on-site technical support. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of 60 months, with a maximum order value of $350,000 per call order. * The contractor will provide gas delivery and cylinder exchange services on an as-needed basis. * The contractor will maintain a sufficient inventory of all gases listed in Appendix A to reliably fulfill on-demand call orders. * The contractor will provide certificates of analysis upon delivery for each gas type. * The contractor will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and safety standards.
