Sealed bids for supplying Chemicals to be used in the Butte-Silver Bow Water and Wastew

The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow is requesting sealed bids for supplying chemicals to be used in the Butte-Silver Bow Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants and Public Swimming Pool. The contract will be for one year with an option to renew for an additional year. The bidder must provide a 10% bid bond and comply with all applicable federal regulations and requirements. The successful bidder will be required to execute an agreement in the prescribed form within ten days after the agreement is presented for signature. • The chemicals to be supplied include Sodium Hypochlorite Solution, 25% Sodium Hydroxide, 50% Sodium Hydroxide, 50% Citric Acid, Liquid Aluminum Sulfate, Liquid Chlorine, Orthophosphate Corrosion Inhibitor, Sodium Carbonate Peroxyhydrate, Liquid Aluminum Chlorohydrate, and MicroC2000 or equivalent. • The bidder must provide a two-page summary of their company's quality improvement process and a sample of their manufacturing S.P.C. charts. • The bidder must also provide Material Safety Data Sheets to ensure a safe work environment for City-County personnel. • The anticipated size of shipments will be bulk/truckload.
