The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS), Crow Service Unit is awarding a non-competitive, sole source contract to provide postage for use with Pitney Bowes mail machines at the Crow Service Unit (CSU). The contract will be awarded to THE PITNEY BOWES BANK. The period of performance is from 08/01/2026 to 07/31/2027. • The contract is for the provision of postage for Pitney Bowes mail machines. • The contract is a sole source award, and no solicitation package is available. • Responses to the notice must be received by 07/06/2026. • The contract is authorized per FAR 6.103-1 and FAR Part 8.
