RFQ 25-011 CHDO and CBDO Services related to Grant Apps. sub. by Bartow Co. and assoc. muni. FY2026

The Bartow County Government is soliciting proposals from interested firms for providing Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) and Community Based Development Organizations (CBDO) services in coordination with anticipated future grant applications and future grant projects. The services will include providing a project budget, CHDO/CBDO program of requirements, and facilitating complete design for the grant project. The CHDO/CBDO may be expected to prepare bid documents, conduct pre-construction hearings with general contractors, and/or supervise construction. Some key eligibility criteria for responders include being a CHDO/CBDO in good standing within the State of Georgia, having Errors and Omissions Insurance, and having knowledge of state licensure requirements. • The project involves community development, economic development, housing, and/or public facilities projects. • The project budget typically ranges from $200,000 to $2.5 million. • The CHDO/CBDO fees cannot exceed allowable grant maximums per federal grant requirements. • There is no local preference for this contract.
