Budget estimate

$10,000,000 – $30,000,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on the scope—twin 60‑inch diversion sewers, concrete control structures, a full grit‑screening facility, extensive site work, and specialized equipment (davit cranes, fall‑protection systems)—similar municipal sewer‑infrastructure packages in the Midwest typically range from $10 million to $30 million. The final amount will depend on detailed design quantities, material prices, and subcontractor bids, but a reasonable ballpark for the winning contractor’s revenue is $10‑30 million.
