Heavy Rate Applicator

The State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Wildlife is seeking a vendor to provide a 400L Heavy Rate Applicator, including Air Compressor, Wing and Product Deflector. The bid shall include all shipping, handling, taxes, and fees. The delivery location is Kauai DOFAW Pualoke Baseyard. The vendor must be HCE compliant and provide proof of compliance. • The Heavy Rate Applicator must be equal or better than HRA400 • The bid must include all freight crate and documents • The vendor must pay a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award, not to exceed $5,000 • The vendor must comply with all applicable state and federal statutes
