INSTITUTIONAL LINENS - COUNTY OF LANCASTER, PA

The County of Lancaster is seeking a vendor to provide institutional linens for the Lancaster County Prison and the County of Lancaster Youth Intervention Center. The base contract will be for a period of two years with an option to extend the contract for one additional year. The vendor must have a minimum of three years of experience in providing institutional linens and be prepared to furnish information concerning qualifications and capacity to fulfill the contract within three workdays following request. • The contract will be for an indefinite quantity and indefinite delivery, with the County making payments based on goods received and accepted. • The vendor must provide bid samples, which will be retained by the County for comparison with deliveries. • The County reserves the right to inspect and review the contractor's performance and to initiate any action necessary to assure compliance. • The contract may be extended to other members of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Counties Cooperative Purchasing Board and local public procurement units.
