EPMAR UNDERLAYMENT

The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) is soliciting quotes for EPMAR brand underlayment. This is a brand name requirement due to NAVSEA Technical Specification requirements. The underlayment must consist of SA1290FC, SB1290FC, and SC1290FC, with a minimum shelf-life of 85% at the time of shipment. The quotes will be evaluated based on technical factors, including delivery date, price, and past performance. The government will select the most advantageous offer based on these factors. • The underlayment must meet the requirements of MIL PRF-3135 Type III. • The underlayment must have a minimum shelf-life of 85% at the time of shipment. • The quotes must include the price and any other relevant information. • The government reserves the right to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on the responses received.
