Community Empowerment and Crisis Response Services Master Agreement Request for Application

The Department of Mental Health (DMH) seeks to establish a pool of qualified vendors to provide community empowerment and crisis response services to address the immediate and long-term mental health needs of communities exposed to trauma. Services will be purchased on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a master agreement, and the DMH Area Directors and Central Office Division Heads will be able to readily purchase services from the selected vendors.
