Golf Shop Merchandising Services for Clear Creek Golf Course

The Warren County Board of Supervisors is seeking a qualified entity to provide golf shop merchandising services for Clear Creek Golf Course. The successful proposer will be responsible for furnishing, owning, stocking, managing, and maintaining golf shop merchandise inventory, as well as providing compensation to Warren County through a guaranteed payment, a percentage of gross merchandise sales, or a combination thereof. Key services include merchandise procurement, inventory management, merchandising, manufacturer relationships, special-order services, promotional support, tournament merchandising, custom-logo merchandise, and related merchandising services. • The contract will require the proposer to maintain a well-stocked, professionally merchandised golf shop. • The proposer will need to provide access to quality golf equipment, apparel, accessories, and related merchandise. • The contract will likely be for a period of 1 year or more, given the nature of the services. • The proposer will need to provide compensation to Warren County through a guaranteed payment, a percentage of gross merchandise sales, or a combination thereof.
