FY22 Emergency Operations Center (EOC)

The Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) is issuing a FY22 Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Grant Program to improve state and local emergency management facilities. Up to three competitive awards will be made, each with a ceiling of $2 million, for the construction, upgrade, or equipping of EOCs identified in Appendix A. Eligible applicants are state administrative agencies, tribal governments, and other public entities that have a qualifying project. The program requires a 25 % cash match and does not allow indirect costs.
