Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing a Sources‑Sought/RFI to identify qualified vendors capable of providing full‑service preventive and emergent maintenance for a fleet of Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) at the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. The effort includes a base‑year contract with four optional one‑year extensions, covering scheduled annual inspections, testing, parts replacement, and emergency repairs for approximately 15 ATS units of various makes and models. All labor, travel, parts, and required documentation (service tickets, reports, lockout/tagout records) are included. The contractor must supply OEM‑certified technicians, adhere to NFPA 110 standards, and comply with VA security and badge requirements. The work schedule is Monday‑Friday, 6 pm‑6 am, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
