Invitation to Bid – Thermoplastic (Polymer) Compression Repair Couplings & Curb Stops

Central Alabama Water is seeking a qualified supplier to provide thermoplastic (polymer) compression repair couplings and curb stops for its potable‑water distribution system. The contract covers CTS and UTC style couplings ranging from ¾‑in. to 2‑in., meeting specific pressure ratings, material specifications, and industry standards (AWWA, ASTM, NSF/ANSI, etc.). The award will be a 1‑year contract with an optional one‑year extension and may continue month‑to‑month thereafter. Bids must be submitted in sealed paper form by the deadline, and the agency will award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, possibly splitting line items.
