Design of Multi-Modal Trail Network and Belding Street Extension Project

The City of Hot Springs is seeking letters of interest from qualified consulting firms to provide professional engineering services for the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) BUILD Grant – Multi-Modal Trail Network and Belding Street Extension Project. The project includes shared-use paths, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, roadway improvements, and safety improvements. The selected consultant team will provide professional services, including surveying and mapping, environmental studies, public involvement, preliminary engineering, and design of shared-use paths, pedestrian facilities, bicycle facilities, and roadway improvements.
