Title XX Adult Day Only Day Services for the Portage Co Department of Job & Family Services

Portage County is seeking a qualified provider to deliver adult‑only day services for its Department of Job and Family Services. The contractor will be responsible for planning, staffing, and operating a safe, engaging day‑program for adults who require supportive services while their families are at work or otherwise unavailable.
