POWER COST EQUALIZATION DATA MODELING

The Alaska Regulatory Commission seeks a contractor to design and implement standardized, configurable utility data models that will support accurate, timely calculation of Power Cost Equalization (PCE) levels for both regulated and non‑regulated rural electric utilities.
