The City of Salina is seeking a qualified engineering consultant to perform comprehensive engineering services for the replacement of three deteriorating culverts on Fairdale Road. The consultant will update hydraulic analyses, design replacement structures, prepare construction documents, coordinate utility relocations, and develop easement documentation. This RFQ is qualification‑based; the selected firm will negotiate fees and proceed through design to construction. • Review and update 2008 drainage study, including 25‑year storm flows (86–143 cfs). • Develop design drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and construction‑phase services for new culverts. • Prepare and negotiate temporary construction easements and permanent drainage easements, and coordinate utility relocations and potential retaining‑wall modifications.
