Request for Qualifications for Administrative Services related to EPA STAG funded project

The Town of Brooksville is seeking qualified individuals or firms to provide administrative services related to the implementation of an approved FY 2023 Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) STAG funded project related to water and/or wastewater infrastructure improvements. The selected individual or firm will assist the Town of Brooksville Mayor and Board of Aldermen with all aspects of project implementation, except administrative and auditing services. The contract will be on a fixed price basis and will include a detailed scope of work and other pertinent requirements. • The project involves water and/or wastewater infrastructure improvements. • The contract will be awarded to the qualified individual or firm whose proposal receives the highest cumulative rating by the Town of Brooksville Mayor and Board of Aldermen. • The Town of Brooksville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. • The project administrator will assist with contract preparation, program compliance, establishing files, preparing for monitoring and site visits, and other assistance as determined by the Town of Brooksville. • The Town of Brooksville encourages Minority and Women Owned Businesses to submit proposals.
