Replace Boilers-Yankton Readiness Center

The South Dakota Department of the Military is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the existing natural‑gas‑fired hydronic boiler and domestic hot‑water system at the Yankton Readiness Center. The scope includes full demolition of the current boiler plant, concrete and structural work, installation of two new AERCO “Benchmark 750” fire‑tube condensing boilers, associated piping, pumps, water‑treatment equipment, controls, and complete electrical integration with the building automation system. Work must be performed in accordance with the 100 % construction drawings and project manual, and the contractor must meet all Buy‑America and South Dakota preference requirements. • Demolition of existing boiler equipment, associated gas piping, and related building components. • Installation of new condensing boilers, domestic hot‑water systems, pumps, expansion tanks, controls, and full MEP integration. • Required coordination with structural, architectural, and electrical trades; compliance with hazardous‑material handling, safety, and performance‑bond specifications; and completion within 330 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
