Sources Sought - Coast Guard District Northeast Waterfront Upgrades

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking interested vendors to modernize the legacy mooring infrastructure at three sites: U.S. Coast Guard Sector Long Island Sound, New Haven, CT; Sector Field Office Southwest Harbor, Southwest Harbor, ME; and Sector Northern New England, South Portland, ME. The project includes corrosion mitigation, structural repairs, safety enhancements, and utility upgrades. The estimated value of the procurement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. • The project requires experience in heavy and civil engineering construction. • The vendor must have the capability to meet the operational requirements of the new cutter fleets. • The vendor must have bonding capacity to the maximum magnitude of the project. • The construction can be phased, and it is not required to occur concurrently at all sites.
