Partial Roof Replacement and Accessibility Upgrades - Sullivan Middle School Project #2026-46 INVATATION TO BID The CITY OF HOLYOKE, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Partial Roof Replacement and Accessibility Upgrades - Sullivan Middle School at Lt. Clayre Sullivan Middle School in Holyoke, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by CSS ARCHITECTS INC.. The Project consists of but not limited to: Roof Replacement, Accessibility Upgrades, Fire Alarm System Upgrades The work is estimated to cost $3,800,000.00.
