Fully Automated blood Testing Machines

The NH Army National Guard is seeking to acquire fully automated blood testing machines. The machines must meet specific salient characteristics, including producing accurate results in 12 minutes or less, requiring only 0.1cc of blood, and testing for various health indicators. The contract will be awarded to a small business concern, and the solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the Government intends to award the contract without discussions. • The machines must produce accurate results in 12 minutes or less • The machines must only require 0.1cc (100 microliters) of blood to accomplish testing • The machines must test for electrolytes, lipids, basic/chemistry/comprehensive metabolic, hepatic and renal function panels • The machines must be self-calibrating and have a color touch screen • The machines must produce test result printouts directly from the machine • The machines must weigh no more than 13 lbs and not exceed dimensions of 8 inches x 7 inches x 13 inches
