Bobcat Stadium Feasibility Study

The Montana State University Athletic Department is seeking a contractor to conduct a feasibility study for the Bobcat Stadium planned renovation. The study aims to evaluate and optimize the recommended product mix, seating configuration, and stadium capacity, as well as elevate the fan experience and develop comprehensive recommendations around venue infrastructure improvements. The contractor will provide a series of updates to the Steering Committee from each project phase, culminating with a final report at the end of the project timeline. Key aspects of the project include: • Competitive benchmarking and best practices • Fan survey and stakeholder interviews • Strategic action plan and ticketing model The contractor will be responsible for designing a custom fan survey, conducting stakeholder interviews, and crafting a custom revenue plan accompanied by a post-renovation ticketing model.
