MTE Nitrogen for K2A

The U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region is seeking a contractor to supply, deliver, and install Nitrogen (N2) in both cylinder and bulk liquid capacity. The contractor will be required to provide technical capabilities, past performance, and cost/price information. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering technical capabilities, past performance, and cost/price. The contractor will be required to comply with various clauses and provisions, including those related to security prohibitions and exclusions, biobased products, and payment terms. Key aspects of the job include: • Supply, delivery, and installation of Nitrogen (N2) in both cylinder and bulk liquid capacity • Compliance with various clauses and provisions, including security prohibitions and exclusions, biobased products, and payment terms • Provision of technical capabilities, past performance, and cost/price information • Adherence to the terms and conditions of the contract, including payment terms and termination clauses
