Monthly Janitorial Services

The Oklahoma Department of Human Services is seeking a contractor to provide monthly janitorial services for three locations: the Woodward Human Services Center, the Woodward Child Welfare office, and the Woodward Admin office. The services will be needed three days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, between 8am-5pm at each location. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and supplies. • The contract may be designated for use as a statewide contract. • The State of Oklahoma reserves the right to request clarifications of bid information or to conduct discussions for the purpose of clarification with any or all bidders. • The bidder must submit a firm, fixed price for the term of the contract, including optional renewal terms.
