RFP 27-15-5211 Concession Services Operations Program

Forsyth County, Georgia is seeking a qualified firm to manage, staff, and operate 29 concession stands that serve youth sports, adult athletics, tournaments, special events, and seasonal recreational programs across three geographic regions (North, South, West). The contract will commence upon award in 2027 and run through December 31, 2029. The County intends to award all regions to a single proposer but reserves the right to split the award. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the EUNA procurement portal by 2:00 p.m. EST on September 24, 2026.
