Description
The City of El Dorado Water Utilities seeks an engineering firm to provide comprehensive services for a wastewater collection system improvement funded through the Clean Water Revolving Fund. The scope includes preparing a pre‑application and preliminary engineering report, environmental documentation, SRF loan application, detailed design plans and specifications, and an operations & maintenance manual. Interested firms must submit both hard‑copy and electronic Statements of Qualifications by the deadline, and may be required to interview.
