Public Works Yard Dumpster (Roll-Off) Refuse Collection Services

The Chevy Chase Village is seeking a contractor to provide Public Works Yard Dumpster (Roll-Off) Refuse Collection Services. The contractor will be responsible for collecting a 30-yard roll-off dumpster for refuse once per week. The dumpster must be located in the Public Works Yard at the Chevy Chase Village Hall. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. • The contract term will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms. • The contractor must provide a 30-yard roll-off dumpster for refuse collection. • The contractor must collect the dumpster once per week, on Thursdays between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. • The contractor must observe six major holidays and reschedule collection accordingly. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must submit monthly invoices with supporting documentation. • The village will reimburse the contractor for tipping fees associated with the Public Works Yard Roll-Off Collection Services.
