BPA for Medical Laboratory Testing Services at 18th Medical Group - Kadena Air Base, Japan

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking a qualified contractor to establish a five‑year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide comprehensive medical laboratory testing services for the 18th Medical Group at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The contractor must supply all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor required to perform a defined set of reference laboratory tests (fungal cultures, TB testing, antifungal susceptibility, etc.) at the base.
