Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) – Community Facilities: Small

* The Community Facilities: Small Grants Program offers funding for CDBG-eligible facility projects, with a focus on smaller-scale improvements that make a meaningful and lasting impact. * Eligible expenses include community centers, public infrastructure, parks and recreation, accessibility and ADA, public safety and emergency services, and other eligible costs. * The program requires a 10% local match, and the maximum grant amount is $210,000. * Applications are accepted from May 1 to November 14, 2025. * To be eligible, projects must benefit low- to moderate-income households, and at least 51% of program participants must meet LMI requirements. * A pre-application is required to confirm eligibility before applying for CDBG funding, and the deadline to submit a pre-application is October 14, 2025.
