The City of Hialeah’s Housing & Community Services Division is issuing an Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for corrective roof work on a single homeowner‑occupied residence under the SHIP Program. The contractor must remove defective tile and flat‑roof components, install new Miami‑Dade‑approved roofing systems, perform waterproofing and flashing corrections, obtain all required permits, and pass city inspections.
