The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Wyoming Area Office (WYAO) requires weed spraying services at Buffalo Bill Dam, Diamond Creek Dike Facility, and surrounding areas. The contractor must be licensed and certified by the State of Wyoming to commercially apply general-use and restricted-use herbicides and pesticides. The contractor is liable for the safety and health of its employees and for the responsible and correct application of herbicides. • The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, incidental services, and items necessary to satisfactorily conduct an existing and ongoing noxious weed control program. • The contractor shall treat all areas to accomplish acceptable coverage, defined as the application of herbicides that results in plant wilt or discoloration for 100% of noxious broadleaf species and 100% die-off for woody species and weeds treated in bare ground areas. • The contractor shall submit an annual applicator report to accompany invoices. • The timely and accurate performance of these services must be recognized as a vital and mandatory requirement of the purchase order.
