Polk County Highway RFP For 2 Cargo Vans

The Polk County Highway Department is seeking proposals for the purchase of two 2026 cargo vans. The proposal packet and list of specifications can be obtained by contacting Rod McGee, the Fleet Manager, by email at [email protected]. Proposals are due to the Polk County Highway Department by 3:00 p.m. on January 26, 2026. The successful vendor will be notified by phone, and the installer shall have 90 days upon receipt of the truck to complete installation and deliver the completed truck to the Polk County Highway Department. • The proposal must be filled out completely and sealed in an envelope marked "Cargo Van" with the vendor's name on the envelope. • The vendor is invited to supply additional information as needed. • The installer will take full responsibility for the truck while in their care. • Failure to deliver within 90 days or the specified alternate delivery schedule may impact future bid awards. • The warranty effective date shall be the date the unit is placed into service at the Polk County Highway Department.
