The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a small‑business firm to perform a firm‑fixed‑price, design‑bid‑build construction project at the Fort Eustis Dredge Material Management Area (FEDMMA). The work includes regrading and raising the disposal site berms to an elevation of 36 ft (from 34 ft), relocating two existing spill boxes 50‑60 ft inland, and regrading the existing access ramp to meet the new top‑of‑berm elevation.
