Terminal Roof and AHU Replacements

The City of Charlotte’s Aviation Department is seeking a contractor to replace roofing on the Main Terminal, Atrium, and Concourse D of Charlotte Douglas International Airport and to replace air‑handling units on Concourse C. The scope includes demolition of existing roof systems, removal of abandoned mechanical equipment and support structures, installation of new roofing materials, and replacement of the existing AHUs. Work will be performed primarily during daytime hours, with material deliveries and debris removal occurring at night.
