Sewer Improvement District No. 588

The Bismarck Engineering Department is seeking bids for the construction of Storm Sewer and related items in Sewer Improvement District No. 588. The project includes approximately 1,600 LF of storm sewer, 4 manholes, 8 inlets, 7 FES, and related items. The substantial completion date is 10/30/26 and the final completion date is 11/6/26. • The contractor shall upload a copy of his license or renewal thereof, pursuant to Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, as amended, through QuestCDN. • The contractor shall upload a copy of his bidder’s bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as required by Section 48-01.2, North Dakota Century Code, as amended, and executed as provided by law, through QuestCDN. • Digital project documents must be downloaded from www.QuestCDN.com for a $22.00 payment. • An optional paper set of plans and specifications is available for a nonrefundable price of $150.00 per set. • Bidding requires a separate $42.00 payment to QuestCDN.com.
