Airshow 2026 Tents, Tables, Chairs Rental

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide tents, tables, and chairs for the Airshow 2026 event at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. The requirement includes the rental of various equipment such as 40’ x 80’ Keder Canopy, 10’ x 20’ Standard Canopies, tables, chairs, and other accessories. The contractor shall deliver and set up all tents no later than 12:00pm Friday, 15 May 2026, and have a technician available between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday 16 May 2026 through Sunday 17 May 2026 to provide onsite support for the rented equipment. The contractor will begin teardown after 5:00 pm on Sunday 17 May 2026. All equipment must be removed before 8:00am on Monday, 18 May 2026. Key points to consider: • The contractor must provide descriptive literature that demonstrates their ability to meet the requirements. • The contractor must have a history of no negative past performance in the CPARS and/or SPRS systems. • The contractor must be registered in the SAM database and be registered under the chosen NAICS prior to the award of this contract. • The Government shall consider the contractor’s “DISCOUNT TERMS” to be NET 30. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety, environmental protection, and security.
