Main Street Reconstruction Phase 2

The City of Mountlake Terrace is seeking bids to reconstruct a 56th Avenue West corridor, adding travel lanes, bike lanes, sidewalks, lighting, and utility upgrades. The project involves full street/roadway reconstruction, drainage improvements, curb and gutter replacement, and traffic signal upgrades to meet ADA standards. • Rebuild existing roadway to two travel lanes with a two‑way left turn lane and dedicated bike lanes. • Replace curb, gutter, and sidewalks; install tree‑well sidewalks and LED pedestrian/street lighting. • Upgrade storm drainage, utilities (watermain, fiber optic), and traffic signals with accessible pedestrian push‑buttons.
