ARCHITECT-ENGINEER INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT FOR GENERAL DESIGN AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OR ASSIGNMENTS OF MISSISSIPPI VALLEY DIVISION, UNITED STATES ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, is seeking architect-engineer firms for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity multiple award task order contract for general design and other related services. The contract will be for a period of five years, with a total shared pool capacity of $90,000,000. The work will involve investigations, comparisons, data evaluations, analyses, designs, water quality analyses, technical writing, and drafting for various engineering documents, including design documentation reports, geotechnical reports, feasibility studies, plans and specifications, and operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and rehabilitation manuals. The contractor will be required to perform various tasks, including engineering support during advertisement, engineering support during construction, levee safety inspections, and structural periodic inspections. The contractor must demonstrate professional qualifications, education, training, licensing, certification, professional registration, overall relevant experience, and longevity within their disciplines and firm. • The contract will require the contractor to provide a team with various disciplines, including structural engineering, civil engineering, hydraulic engineering, geotechnical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, corrosion engineering, environmental engineering, and cost engineering. • The contractor must have experience with Autodesk CAD, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Civil Information Modeling (CIM). • The contractor must have a minimum of three structural engineers, three civil engineers, two geotechnical engineers, one hydraulic engineer, one cost engineer, one electrical engineer, two mechanical engineers, one corrosion engineer, one environmental engineer, one architect, one naval architect, one project manager, one registered land surveyor, one Autodesk CAD technician, one building information modeler, one civil information modeler, one hydrologist, one geologist, one GIS analyst, two 3-person topographic survey crews, and one 2-person Global Positioning System (GPS) crew. • The contractor must demonstrate knowledge of the locality within the limits of the New Orleans District and the boundaries or assignments of Mississippi Valley Division. • The contractor must commit to small businesses, including small disadvantaged businesses and historically black colleges and universities.
