NRCS - Construction Services for Stream Remediation and Stabilization

The Hardee County Purchasing Department is seeking a qualified contractor to perform construction services for eight stream and canal remediation and stabilization sites funded by the NRCS Emergency Watershed Protection program. The work includes debris removal, sod placement, riprap installation, geotextile placement, sheet piling with concrete caps, excavation, backfill, compaction, and site restoration, as well as all necessary mobilization, labor, equipment, and incidentals. The contractor must attend a mandatory pre‑bid meeting/site visit on September 4, 2026.
