The Westmoreland County Controller is seeking bids for a Kubota M5660SUHD tractor with a 16ft Land Pride tow behind finish mower. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM on February 17, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 PM that day. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. • The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name and address and the designation "BID – KUBOTA M5660SUHD TRACTOR WITH 16FT LAND PRIDE TOW BEHIND FINISH MOWER". • Late proposals will not be accepted or considered. • The bidder must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications.
