ITB 00002662 Shelter Services Transportation Provider

The City of Portland is seeking a transportation provider to offer shelter services, including a dedicated wheelchair-accessible vehicle and driver. The provider will transport individuals from various parts of the city to shelters, as well as to and from overnight shelters and day centers. The provider must meet specific requirements, including having a licensed driver with experience working with the shelter population and being respectful of passengers' special mental health and hygiene needs. Key responsibilities include providing a flat hourly rate for dedicated service and per-mile rates for occasional transportation outside of normal business hours. • The contract term begins on February 27, 2026 • The provider must be prepared to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and services • The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids • The City's standard payment term is Net 30 days
