Section 1002 Area Oil and Gas Leases Project: Pre-Development Permitting Services

This contract provides pre‑development permitting services for the Section 1002 oil‑and‑gas leases in Alaska’s Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. The work includes stakeholder outreach, development of operational plans, preparation and submission of federal, state, and local permits, environmental data collection, and compliance reporting to enable a multi‑year seismic acquisition program across roughly 366,000 acres.
