Description
This contract is a three‑year, fixed‑price (with optional extensions) agreement for Covered California to obtain business‑analysis services supporting the CalHEERS health‑insurance eligibility system and emerging technologies such as Salesforce, chatbot, and data‑warehouse platforms. The awardee will staff three senior Business Solutions Analysts who will work onsite in California during standard business hours, conduct requirements gathering, system design, change‑management, testing, and ongoing operational support. Funding is capped at $3.6 M for the base term, with the possibility of extending to $6 M if two one‑year extensions are exercised. Preference points are available for Small‑Business and Disabled‑Veteran Business Enterprise qualifications, and a Generative AI risk assessment must be submitted.
